WHAT IS SIX SIGMA ?

Six Sigma is a Business Management Strategy as well as a Quality and Process Excellence standard. If your organization or process(s) are upto Six Sigma standards, it effectively means that you are excellence and standardization driven and have a defect rate of less than 3.4 per million.

Six Sigma was developed by Motorola in 1981 and has now achieved global recognition and acceptance.

The Six Sigma Training

  • Yellow Belt: 2 days of concept learning/ basic knowledge assimilation of process involved +assessment/ exam.
  • Green Belt: 6 days of concept learning/ basic knowledge assimilation of process involved + half day of assessment/ exam.
  • Black Belt: 15 days of concept learning/ basic knowledge assimilation of process involved +1 day assessment/ exam.
